Here?s one for the calendar book, for those of you who drive or stroll past this Class A Riverside office building with a citrus-shaped turret, and pine for a peek inside.

CREW Inland Empire is hosting a ?Market Update and VIP Tour? of Citrus Tower, the 140,000-square-foot commercial office building at 3390 University Ave., Riverside, on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
The six-story office building on the corner of University Avenue and Lime Street claimed Best Best & Krieger, Inland Southern California?s most prominent law firm, as its first tenant in April 2012.
Since then, we haven?t heard much fanfare about new occupants. So, this is your chance to get a tenant and commercial space update. And, to meet a lawyer or two. Check-in and networking begins at 11:30 a.m. The lunch program, and tour by CREW, a national trade organization for professionals in commercial real estate and related industries, will run from 11:45 to 1 p.m.
If you?re planning to go, register no later than 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at www.crew.ie.org
The fee ? $20 for members and $30 for non-members, includes subterranean parking: Enter at 9th and Lime.
