Monarch's SEN Service is looking to employ Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Workers to support children and young adults who have ASD/ASC. We have many positions available throughout the Greater Manchester including, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Bury and Wigan area both on a permanent, and long term basis.

Applicants must have some of the following experience, skills and knowledge

- Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASD/ASC)
- Learning Difficulties
- Common Core of Skills and Knowledge
- Proactive Behavioural Support Systems
- Team Teach
- Every Child Matters Outcomes
- Supporting facilitated learning and personnel development
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Practical understanding of the commitment to equality of opportunity.
- Specialised autism training
- 2 years related work experience within SEN schools
- Working alongside vulnerable children and young people
- Supporting individuals in personal care.
- To provide a secure and stable environment for young people
- To facilitate healthy educational physical, social and emotional development of the young people.
- To provide consistent care and management of the children and young people.
- To maintain effective links in terms of communication with and support for the school day,
teaching staff, therapy personnel, learning support staff and all other professionals.
- To ensure the highest possible provision of service
- To ensure effective communication is maintained between the centre, parents, professional and the
community.
