Q: I have bad credit, and I have nothing, but a car thats paid for and a good job, I don?t even have a real estate agent, The house next to my sister is a HUD house. I want that house very bad, but not sure how to go about getting it. Can someone please help me, Can I get financing? It?s not like I will run away with the house. Thanks.

A: Drive to the nearest real estate office (check out google maps) closest to that property. Walk in, and say you want to buy the home. They will put you in touch with a mortgage loan originator who can pre-qualify you and they should help you buy your dream home :)

You will need to call a local lender and see what you could do to get qualified for a loan. Typically?.credit is everything. But the call is free?why not find out what they say ?and many lenders will help you and work with you to let you know what you will need to do to get there eventually.
